Cobb Salad

Hands down the best Cobb salad I have ever had! Perfect amount of flavorful ingredients and so fresh. I'm not sure what they toss the tomatoes in before they serve it but it adds on an extra layer of flavor. I will definitely be back.

Walleye Fish Fry

We love eating at Center Stage! The food is really good and the views are amazing. It's a nice quiet place to enjoy a conversation too as it's not noisy!

Walleye Fish Fry

I've been here 3 different times - the food is great, the drinks are fabulous, and the views are magnificent. Service has been up and down (I assume they are working the kinks out). Love this place - just a bummer that making reservations is tough since it is so popular!

Steak Frites

The Steak Frites was excellent! Also the Truffle Parmesan French fries were excellent also. Would like the menu to contain "Vegetarian" dinners and a more extensive menu.

1855 Filet of Beef

Had the filet mignon at an event. It was melt in your mouth tender. Incredible flavor. One of the best steaks I have ever had. Dining there was an experience. I felt I was on a vacation. So relaxing. Staff amazing. Can't wait to return. A slice of heaven in Berthoud.

*Salmon BLT

We stopped in two weeks ago. Our first meals there. Fantastic venue and views. Our service was ok. Seemed like it took 6-7 minutes before we received any water or service. and then maybe another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. I ordered a Caesar salad which was not favorful at all. The dressing was bland and had no hint of anchovy taste. My second fork full I crunched loudly into what seemed like a small pebble or hard gritty piece of sand. The salad chicken was cold not tasty. My buddies salmon was bordering on cool and commented several times. His wife's pizza, while tasting good, appeared to have sat out unheated and the sauce had that stale look out from the oven. My wife's meal was good. But not warm enough. The restaurant hostess was very busy. But she stopped over before our meals. She nice and professional. She was pleasantly outstanding. Our table service was satisfactory, but could've been better. After eating, our wait person was unfamiliar with the liquor selection when I asked about a certain liqueur. And I had to go to the bar to inquire. Back at our table I ordered two glasses of the liqueur I asked about. It took a long time before they were served to us. And when we got them, both of drinks must have been poured hurriedly and sloppily because our glasses were messy and very sticky wet. Lastly, we ate in the bar and the atmosphere, decor and environment was good. However, the acoustics are not conducive to conversation as it got busier. It was so loud in there by the time we finished, we were ready to go. Maybe you guys can fix this? With more people eating out, it'll be hard to enjoy a visit with friends if we're shouting to hear other. While we don't need hearing aids, customers who need them will have a tough time. The bathrooms were a mess. Used paper towels overflowed from the wastebaskets and littered the counters and floors. This was probably the most disappointing aspect of our visit to TPC that night. Hopefully, the next time we visit, things will be improved.
